Too much..... PDX->OAK $419 for two people but I had a special companion fare code. Could have gotten a bit cheaper if I was willing to fly at 6:30 am -- no thanks!

Good luck everyone!

Yes Mark, get it rolling. Its going to be a another great one. I will be at all three but this year I think im going to go home each night. I get better rest and feel better by new years if i stay home. But I will be in line very early. This year Im getting on the floor on the rail. Its been a long time since Ive done that. Im over the seat situation.
And I'm going to sit right here until I die

83, flights from our neck of the woods are running in the 600 and up range. (RT)
I'll be trying to book flights in the next couple days. Still checking around.
I can't come down, it's plain to see.
I can't come down, I've been set free.

Not sure how you search for flights but I usually find the best fares via kayak.com as I like the flexibility of their interface but then I book direct with the airline as that works easiest if there are changes....

I do like Kayak. That's where I've found the best deals so far.

I won't be flying (Live in Ventura) but I heard the best deals are on Tuesday for the airlines.
